£20 Deposit Policy – NEW

Please note: We now take a deposit of £20 for all bookings, the deposit is no-refundable.

If the following occurs on delivery and setup of the castles, the deposit shall be still non-refundable.

- A castle/slide has been booked that does not fit the garden size
If the weather changes
Uneven on hard surfaces (paving slabs, wood chipping), i.e if on a slope.

Our bouncy castles and inflatables are regularly inspected and tested by an RPII Inspector in accordance with the new British Standard for Inflatable Play Equipment BS EN 14960.
